I am a professional educator, healer, and mentor with 10+ years of experience with organizations and individuals internationally, across various disciplines. I tend to smile widely as I teach, grateful for every opportunity to share my passion for empowerment and self-healing.
I’ve reduced stress in my own life, improved my eating habits, and healed multiple health conditions.
It’s my greatest honor to teach and empower you to heal yourself, too.
I have learned from leading experts in the fields of elementary education, special education, traditional Yoga, Yoga for kids, holistic health, functional health, integrative health and nutrition, joy, healthy lifestyle, creating sustainable habits, the women’s ovulatory-menstrual cycle, and more which has empowered me with knowledge that I have embodied to live a life in optimal health.
