Hi, I’m Rena Shoshana Forester - a professional educator, trauma-informed yoga teacher, and certified health & wellness coach with 12 years of professional, international experience. 

I work with teams and individuals around the world to build resilience, reduce stress, and thrive - at work and in life.

As founder of Wellness Edge, I support high-performing teams in managing stress, boosting productivity, and creating healthier work-place cultures while reducing overwhelm. 

I also founded Karuna Yoga through which I support trauma survivors, create Yoga certification courses for AFPA, contribute expert content for Recovery.com, and work 1:1 with clients worldwide.

I hold two B.S. in Education from Indiana University, Bloomington, multiple Yoga teaching certificates, and am a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach.

I blend ancient wisdom with modern science as well as my learned experience with my high-quality education to empower high performers to lead with clarity, move with purpose, and practice self-care that feels satisfying and lasts.
