Appropriate for all levels, especially beginners, or practitioners who want to refresh the basics.

Nutrition Workshop

In this Nutrition for Women workshop, we will:

  1. Embrace bio-individuality to discover what foods and eating habits work for you.

  2. Reframe your understanding of nutrition, healthy lifestyle, and wellness through this integrative and holistic approach.

  3. Understand how to meet our needs as cycling women.

You will leave equipped  with knowledge and tools to live a nourished and satisfying life.
